Meet Dr. Sabrina Weaver

Chiropractic fell in Dr. Sabrina’s lap when she needed it the most. She always knew she wanted to serve people through health care but struggled to decide how. For the longest time, she thought she wanted to pursue a medical career in neurology as she graduated with a Behavioral and Neuroscience degree from The Ohio State University in 2016. The final push toward choosing chiropractic was from her brother Dr. Nick, who is a chiropractor himself. He opened her eyes to a new world of healing from the inside-out that truly searched for the root cause of the problem and how profound this type of care could be for a patient’s well-being. The best part is that chiropractic care is still heavily focused on neurology, so Dr. Sabrina could still follow her passion.

She went on to Life University in Marietta, GA where she graduated in April 2021 with honors and as Valedictorian of her graduating class. During her time at Life, she gained a further appreciation for neurology based chiropractic care, but this time for the family unit – especially for pediatrics and pregnancy. She was heavily involved with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) community during school. She served on the ICPA club’s board throughout her time there and also took the maximum amount of electives that focused on pediatric and pre-natal chiropractic care. She finished out her time in Georgia serving patients at one of the largest pediatric and pre-natal offices in Atlanta under the mentorship of an amazing female doctor!

Dr. Sabrina remains an active member within the ICPA’s organization. She completed their 200-hour curriculum which provided her with techniques and protocols of care for children and pregnant women. The 20-course program covered advanced levels of training and expertise additional to what is offered in chiropractic colleges. She is proud to be both Webster Certified and Pediatric Certified (CACCP) from The Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics of the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice (ACFP).

Her passion for family care started early on and continues to grow with each patient she has the pleasure of caring for.

Outside the Practice

Dr. Sabrina and her husband, John, have been happily together for 8 years and were ecstatic to move back to John’s hometown of Napoleon after living in multiple different cities over the years. They established roots locally and began growing their family tree with the addition of their beautiful baby girl, Lucia, in July of 2022

When she’s not seeing patients at her office, Dr. Sabrina is a huge Ohio State football fan and enjoys watching games together with her family.

With 90 percent of her family living overseas in Italy, travel is also a huge part of her life.

Dr. Sabrina was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, so whether she is visiting up north, or hanging out back in Napoleon, her free time is always family-focused. You can always find her outside soaking up the sunshine, especially at the lake.
