New Patients at Weaver Family Chiropractic

After setting up your first appointment, you will be emailed new patient paperwork that we ask you complete prior to coming in to the office. If we do not see your intake forms completed, we will reach out to remind you. You will also receive an email reminder of your confirmed appointment date / time and any additional information needed to get you to our door.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a smile and we will begin to make you feel right at home! During the appointment, Dr. Sabrina will get to know you on a personal level and what brings you into Weaver Family Chiropractic for care. The more we know about you, and the more you know about us, the easier it is for us to reach your health and wellness goals.

We do not guess, we test. So after a thorough consultation, you will undergo a set of advanced neurological scans to asses the function of your nervous system and the stress it may be under. These are extremely safe and admit no radiation – therefore, they can be used on infants and pregnant women as well. Education always happens in our office, but this is where Dr. Sabrina will spend additional time going over the spine, nervous system, and what chiropractic is all about.

The best part is next – your first adjustment! So long as Dr. Sabrina believes your spine is healthy enough, she will begin care with you on day one. Whether you have been adjusted before or this is the first time, she will walk you through the entire process to make you feel 100% comfortable.

Before you leave, we will schedule a second visit where we go over all of your findings from the Insight scans and the exam – this is called your report of findings visit. Please allow for an hour for this initial appointment.

Upon arrival and catching up on how your first visit went, you will then receive your second adjustment. Afterword, Dr. Sabrina will sit down with you and go over, in detail, what she observed on your Insight neurological scans and how they correlate to your challenges specifically. She will let you know how chiropractic care can help.

Dr. Sabrina will then discuss her recommendations for your care moving forward. The timing and frequency recommend for each care plan varies from patient to patient because no two of you are the same! Just know, that everything related to your care is individualized to YOU so that you may achieve the best results possible.

Then, we will review the financial aspects of your care and all payment options we offer. At Weaver Family Chiropractic we strive to make care as affordable as possible, while still delivering the highest quality of results. By scheduling all your appointments at the beginning, it allows greater availability in the schedule to accommodate what works best with your outside life!
